CONFERENCE & EVENT
Are you planning a conference in central Stockholm? Welcome to Hotel Hellsten!
The hotel is located within walking distance, or only two stops with the metro, from the Stockholm Central Station.
We can offer a conference room for up to 40 people in cinema seating. And for the smaller meetings we have 3 nice boardrooms for up to 12 people.
We will arrange your meeting according to your wishes and we can also offer accommodation and meal packages.
In the hotel you will also find our glass veranda and the bar – Earth Bar – where you can host a dinner or mingle event. Contact us at conference@hellsten.se and we will help to guide you to the best options for your meeting, conference or event.

Lilla Rex is located at our sister hotel, Rex Hotel, right across the street from Hotel Hellsten.

Styrelserummet is the Hotels biggest boardroom for up to 12p
The room is located in the lobby at Hotel Hellsten.

PELARSALEN
Conference room for up to 30p in classroom style.
The room is located on the ground floor of the Hotel with a private lounge area and bathroom, here you can host a conference without being disturbed by other hotel guests.
The room is bright and pleasant with windows facing towards the lounge.
Equipment – Projector that can be connected to a computer with VGA/HDMI , flipchart and whiteboard.
Classroom/Island seating: 30 people
U-shape seating: 20 people
Theatre seating: 40 people
RAMVERKSTAN
Ramverkstan is the perfect meeting room if you’re looking for some privacy.
This room is located at Luntmakargatan 71, just across the street from Hotel Hellsten.
Equipment – LCD screen with connection for video meeting and sound system. Connection to HDMI, and a digital whiteboard.
